Shahid
Kapoor has great hopes that the Prabhu Deva directed 'R…Rajkumar' will
give him a box-office hit. The film is slated for release on December
6. The movie has Sonakshi Sinha as the lead actress and Sonu Sood is the
villain.
In his
10-year career in Bollywood, Shahid has acted in 24 movies, out of which
only three were superhits - Ishq Vishk (2003), Vivah(2006) and Jab We
Met (2007). Following 'Jab We Met' he is yet to see a big hit. So the
success of 'R…Rajkumar' is very important for Sahid.
'R…Rajkumar'
may do the trick for Sahid as the film has been directed by ‘Wanted’
director Prabhu Deva. Besides, the film is the first ‘original’
Bollywood movie of Prabhu Deva. Sunil Lulla and Viki Rajani have
produced the movie, the script has been written by Shiraz Ahmed.
